Dr. Jonathan Michie ist Professor für Innovation und Wissensaustausch an der Universität Oxford, Honorary Norham Fellow in der Abteilung für Bildung und Präsident des Kellogg College. Er ist u. a. assoziiertes Mitglied des Fachbereichs Wirtschaft und Mitglied des SKOPE-Forschungszentrums. Michie ist außerdem Pro-Vice-Chancellor und Vorsitzender der Universities Association for Lifelong Learning sowie Fellow der Academy of Social Sciences. Er war Mitglied des interdisziplinären Gremiums für REF2021, Ko-Sekretär der Centenary Commission on Adult Education und erhielt einen OBE für seine Verdienste um Bildung und lebenslanges Lernen. Er verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Beratungserfahrung und hat die Europäische Kommission, die OECD und die britische Regierung beraten. Zuvor leitete er die Forschung im Bereich Managementstudien in Cambridge, war Leiter der Managementabteilung in Birkbeck und Dekan der Birmingham Business School. In Oxford ist Michie Mitglied in wichtigen Universitätsgremien wie dem Rat, dem Bildungsausschuss und dem Finanzausschuss.

Dr. Jonathan Michie is Professor of Innovation & Knowledge Exchange at the University of Oxford, Honorary Norham Fellow in the Department of Education, and President of Kellogg College. He holds several affiliations, including being an Associate Member of the Department of Economics and a member of the SKOPE research centre. Michie is also a Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Chair of the Universities Association for Lifelong Learning, and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences. He was an Interdisciplinary Panel Member for REF2021, co-secretary of the Centenary Commission on Adult Education, and received an OBE for services to education and lifelong learning. With over 30 years of consultancy experience, he has advised the European Commission, OECD, and the UK government. Previously, he led management studies research at Cambridge, was Head of Management at Birkbeck, and Dean of Birmingham Business School. At Oxford, Michie serves on key university bodies including the Council, Education Committee, and Finance Committee.
