Before joining Ekinops, Quartier spent 15 years at InfoVista, where he helped transform the company from a start-up into a global market leader with operations in more than 150 countries. In 1999, Quartier co-founded Clariteam, one of the first SaaS solutions for network and application performance management, laying an early foundation for today’s cloud-based service models. He began his career as a telecommunications engineer at Arche Groupe Siemens and holds degrees from EFREI and the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.
