Tobias Haberl is a German author and columnist who has worked for Das Magazin and Süddeutsche Zeitung since 2005. He has been nominated numerous times for various prestigious awards an he won in 2013 the Reporter Prize, and in 2016 the prestigious Theodor Wolff Prize for his outstanding reportage. He has published several bestsellers, including "Die große Entzauberung" and "Der gekränkte Mann: Verteidigung eines Auslaufmodells."
Born in 1975 in the Bavarian Forest, Tobias studied Latin, German, and English before graduating from the Henri Nannen School of Journalism in Hamburg.
