Als Strategin und Futuristin und mit mehr als 15 Jahren internationaler Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Innovation und Unternehmensstrategie ist Joana Lenkova eine angesehene Vordenkerin. Heute arbeitet sie als Direktorin Strategy and Futures Consulting in ihrem eigenen Unternehmen und als Futurology Director bei der LEGO Gruppe.

Joana Lenkova gründete 2019 Futures Forward, ein in London ansässiges Beratungsunternehmen, das sich auf Innovation und die Entwicklung von widerstandsfähigen Strategien für Unternehmen und Regierungsorganisationen spezialisiert hat. Davor war sie unter anderem bei The Walt Disney Company im Bereich Consumer Strategy tätig. Heute arbeitet sie zudem im Creative Play Lab bei der LEGO Group.

Joana ist Absolventin der Saïd Business School der Universität Oxford und hat einen Abschluss in Strategie und Innovation. In ihrer Forschung hat sie sich darauf konzentriert, wie sich erfolgreiche Unternehmen in turbulenten Zeiten auf die Zukunft vorbereiten. Sie ist Mitglied der Association of Professional Futurists und Gründungsmitglied des Global Foresight Advisory Council der Futures School und Certified Foresight Practitioner.

Mit Ihrem Buch-Projekt Choose Your Own Future zeigt Joana auf, wie wir verschiedene mögliche Versionen der Zukunft antizipieren und unsere Strategien entsprechend entwickeln können. Power of foresight: How to build a living company?

Joana Lenkova founded Futures Forward in 2019, a London-based consultancy specialised in innovation and the development of resilient strategies for businesses and government organisations. Previously, she worked in consumer strategy at The Walt Disney Company, among others. Today she works also in the Creative Play Lab at the LEGO Group.

Joana is a graduate of Oxford University's Saïd Business School with a degree in Strategy and Innovation. Her research has focused on how successful companies prepare themselves for challenges during unpredictable periods. She is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists and a founding member of the Futures School's Global Foresight Advisory Council and Certified Foresight Practitioner.

With her book project Choose Your Own Future, Joana shows how we can anticipate different possible versions of the future and develop our strategies accordingly. She offers tools to help entrepreneurs, investors and innovators make informed decisions in an increasingly uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.
