We offer the Leadership Programme exclusively for selected talents of our partners. Every year, around 30 individuals take part in an intensive and multifaceted development programme. Embedded in current and relevant topics, we jointly develop the relevant competencies of dialogue skills and sustainable leadership.
Our partners use this platform to promote their talents: Participants receive new impulses, network in a European network and further develop their competences.
Completing the Leadership Programme or Basecamp marks the beginning of a lasting connection. Graduates join the Fellows alumni network, which bridges cohorts across Europe and brings them together each year at the Fellows Gathering, held as part of the European Economic Forum. Country Chapters extend this network locally, fostering peer exchange and a strong Fellows identity across Europe.
