Wieso heisst ist es nicht mehr das Europa Forum und weshalb braucht es heute eine Dialogplattform? Stefan Barmettler hat sich unter anderem zu diesen Fragen mit Dominik Isler und Nicole Büttner ausgetauscht.
Im Jahr 2021 haben Dominik Isler und Fabian Wassmer die Geschäftsführung des Europa Forum Luzern mit dem Ziel übernommen, das Forum in eine neue Zukunft zu führen. «Uns leitet die Frage: Wie können wir diesen vielfältigen und wunderbaren Kontinent stärken, lebenswert erhalten?“, sagt Dominik Isler im Interview, und deshalb sei es notwendig gewesen, die Plattform von der politischen hin zu einer dialogorientierten Plattform zu gestalten.
Die Plattform will europäischer und jünger werden. „Wir wollen die Plattform bieten, um mit Europäerinnen und Europäern zu debattieren und nach zukunftsfähigen Lösungen suchen“, ergänzt Dominik Isler.

In 2021, Dominik Isler and Fabian Wassmer took over the management of the Europa Forum Luzern with the aim of leading the Forum into a new future. "We are guided by the question: How can we strengthen this diverse and wonderful continent, keep it worth living in?" says Dominik Isler in the interview, and that is why it was necessary to transform the platform from a political one to adialogue-oriented one.
The platform wants to become more European and younger. "We want to offer the platform to debate with Europeans and look for sustainable solutions," adds Dominik Isler.
