The programme starts on Wednesday in the afternoon and ends on Thursday evening.
The Annual Meeting takes place in the KKL in Lucerne.

You can book a hotel room using our official hotel booking platform.
Various 3- to 5-star-hotels in Lucerne are available. Please note that the hotel booking platform will be closed on 5 November 2024 latest.
Travel to the KKL by train, bus or car. Lucerne railway station is only a few minutes' walk away.
Parking is available in Bahnhofparking 1 and 3.
In addition to keynotes and panel discussions on the main stage, there will be several session blocks. You can register individually for one session per block.

The Annual Meeting will take place on 27 and 28 November 2024.
The ticketing platform is open since January 2024.
The ticket costs CHF 890.
The final programme with all speakers will be communicated in October.
We recommend the dress code Business Casual for your participation in the Annual Meeting.
Use the parking facilities in Bahnhofparking 1 and 3. Alternatively, there are also spaces available in the surrounding multi-storeycar parks.
Yes, you are welcome to leave your jacket/coat and any luggage with us. The cloakrooms are located on the lower floor of the KKL.

On Wednesday there will be a rich networking aperitif. On Thursday, after a welcome coffee, you can enjoy break catering, a standing lunch at noon and a farewell aperitif at the end of the day.
