What is the Annual Meeting?

The Lucerne Dialogue Annual Meeting is a European business conference for current and future leaders. Every year in November, 700 Europeans from business, politics, academia and civil society come together at the European business conference to discuss current issues and solutions for the future.

What can I expect at the Annual Meeting?

To return to everyday life strengthened and inspired with new ideas, the Annual Meeting offers modern dialogue formats and a variety of activities, including keynote speeches, interactive sessions and workshops, and various networking opportunities. It provides the space for enriching encounters and exchanges between leaders from different nations, disciplines and generations.

When and where does the next Annual Meeting take place?

The next Annual Meeting takes place on 27 and 28 November 2024 at the KKL Lucerne.

The Annual Meeting will then take place as following:
26 & 27 November 2025
25 & 26 November 2026
24 & 25 November 2027

When will the programme be published?

The detailled programme will be online in October 2024.

Who attends the Annual Meeting?

The Lucerne Dialogue Annual Meeting is open to all current and future leaders from all over Europe who want to discover new ideas, grow personally and strengthen their organisation. The participants are mainly business leaders, but also from politics, science and society. More than half are under the age of 45 and around a third are women.

How can I register?

How much does a ticket cost?

A conference ticket costs CHF 890. Further ticket options and promotions can be found here.

When and how will I receive my e-ticket?

You will receive the e-ticket by e-mail approximately one week before the event together with the list of participants and the latest information.

I cannot attend. Can I return the ticket?

The withdrawal and cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the GTCs, point 4.

What do I need for check-in?

For easy check-in at the Annual Meeting, please have your e-ticket ready at the entrance. You will receive this by e-mail approximately one week before the event together with the list of participants and the latest information.

Upon presentation of your e-ticket, you will receive your participant badge and thus access to the event.

Is there a list of participants?

You will receive the list of all participants by email around one week before the Annual Meeting together with the latest information. You can also view the current list at any time on site via the QR code on the back of your participant badge.

What is the dress code at the Annual Meeting?

We recommend business casual dress code for participation in the Annual Meeting.

Are there cloakrooms available?

Yes, you are welcome to leave your jacket/coat and any luggage with us. The cloakrooms are located on the lower floor of the KKL.

What catering will be provided during the event?

On Wednesday, there will be a lavish networking aperitif. On Thursday, after a welcome coffee, you will enjoy refreshments during the breaks, a standing lunch and a farewell aperitif at the end of the day.

Is there a live stream of the keynotes?

No, we do not offer live streams. We invite you to come to Lucerne and enjoy thep rogramme and networking on site. After the event, we will make some recordings of the keynotes available on our YouTube channel.

What travel options do I have?

We recommend travelling by public transport. Lucerne railway station is a 2-minute walk from the entrance to the KKL Lucerne and offers regular connections throughout Switzerland.

If you are travelling by car, you can use the parking facilities in the station car parks 1 and 2 or in the surrounding multi-storey car parks.

Where can I find accommodation?

You can book accommodation via our hotel booking platform. Various 3 to 5-star hotels in Lucerne are available. Please note that the hotelbooking platform will be closed on 5 November 2024 at the latest.
