Die «Wirkungswerkstatt Demokratie» findet im Rahmen des Basecamp statt. Das Basecamp ist ein mehrtägiges Programms des Lucerne Dialogue, das parallel zum Annual Meeting im November stattfindet. Es nehmen rund fünfzig europäische Millennials teil, die von der Organisation eingeladen wurden. Die Stiftung Mercator Schweiz unterstützt Lucerne Dialogue in der Umsetzung der «Wirkungswerkstatt Demokratie».

The "Impact Workshop on Democracy" takes place within the framework of the Basecamp. Basecamp is a multi-day programme of the Lucerne Dialogue, which takes place parallel to the Annual Meeting in November. Around fifty European millennials, invited by the organisation, will take part. Mercator Foundation Switzerland supports Lucerne Dialogue in the implementation of the "Impact Workshop on Democracy".
